Pros
SafeLease is an awesome space to work. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about my short experience there. From the management, to culture and coworkers SafeLease was a great place to work. It is completely funded by the owner and founder which is very good for job security. They are open about decisions and things they are planning in the future. Not only do they make plans and goals but they exceed them and their promises are anything but empty. There is a great work/life balance as long as you are getting work done. I never had a problem getting time off.Cons
