Serve as the first point of contact for partner and tenant inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions quickly and empathetically.
Support our clients across multiple channels (email, phone, chat, and in-platform messaging).
Document customer issues, feedback, and feature requests, ensuring these insights are shared with our product and engineering teams.
Partner with sales, operations, claims, and product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for customers.
Become an expert in SafeLease’s products, policies, and processes—helping customers navigate the platform with confidence.
Contribute to building and improving support processes, knowledge base content, and tools as we scale.
You’re passionate about helping people and know how to turn a frustrated customer into a happy one.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related role—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or insurance.
You’re a clear communicator who listens closely, explains things simply, and adapts your style to meet the customer’s needs.
You’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment and know how to stay calm under pressure.
Bonus: You’ve worked with tools like Dialpad, Salesforce, or similar support platforms.
