Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate onboarding (Rippling setup, documentation, Day 1 orientation, building access, Slack notifications).
- Process advisor onboarding including background checks, BrokerCheck reviews, and compliance coordination.
- Oversee offboarding: exit interviews, termination processes, equipment collection, and record maintenance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, rosters, and state/federal reporting requirements.
- Administer benefits and assist with payroll processing and multi-state reporting where applicable.
- Support office culture activities, employee engagement events, and the Irving Culture Committee.
- Assist with audits, training monitoring, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve employee experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
