Enterprise Account Executive, New Business

Zuora is a leader in subscription management software helping companies transition to recurring revenue models. The company is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-focused Enterprise Account Executive to own new business sales across large and scaling B2B SaaS accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to identify customer challenges, drive multi-product adoption, and close complex deals.

Skills

  • Proven track record of closing complex SaaS deals and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to C-level and executive stakeholders across multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to map technology solutions to strategic business problems and construct value-based proposals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for new business within an assigned enterprise territory, from prospecting to close.
  • Build and execute account, territory, and opportunity plans to develop pipeline and exceed quota.
  • Identify customer business challenges and position Zuora’s multi-product portfolio as the solution.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to craft proposals and ensure successful implementations.
  • Accurately forecast territory performance and adhere to Zuora’s sales process.
  • Advocate for customers internally and ensure timely resolution of customer service issues.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Sales training methodology certification or coursework is a plus.
