Skills
- Deep domain expertise in payments (gateways, orchestration, card processing, tokenization, 3DS)
- Experience with approval rate optimization, routing strategies and payments analytics
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, microservices and client-server architectures
- Proven ability to launch products with banking/network partners and manage partner ecosystems
- Strong customer-centric product development skills for enterprise merchants and checkout flows
Responsibilities
- Set and drive the Payments product strategy aligned to company objectives and market opportunities
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers with clear outcomes and accountability
- Partner with enterprise merchants, sales and account teams to gather use cases and translate them into product features
- Build and execute the roadmap for payment processing, onboarding, checkout, tokenization, and fraud controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, finance, legal and external banking/network partners
- Ensure global compliance with payment regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.) while enabling innovation
- Define and track KPIs, metrics and goals to prioritize initiatives and measure impact
- Own payment APIs, approval-rate analytics, routing strategies and transaction performance improvements
- Launch payment products into new geographies and drive adoption across the customer base
- Drive initiatives to reduce transaction costs and optimize routing and settlement workflows
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
