- 8+ years product management experience with software lifecycle knowledge
- Experience with process automation / RPA
- Basic SQL and familiarity with client/server and network environments
- Business process modeling (decision tables/trees, data flows)
- Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, Project)
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product lifecycle activities: research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and launches
- Gather and analyze market, customer, and system data to identify product gaps and growth opportunities
- Define product requirements and work with engineering, QA, design, and stakeholders to deliver features and releases
- Plan release and deployment schedules for new features, maintenance, and service packs
- Facilitate business needs prioritization and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Investigate and coordinate resolution of escalated production incidents and track issues to closure
- Document business impact, root cause analysis, resolution steps, and preventative measures
- Provide regular severity and status updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge (insurance/financial services)
