Skills
- Product/project management for web and digital initiatives
- Familiarity with web analytics (GA4, Looker, Amplitude)
- Experimentation and A/B testing practices
- Experience with modern CMS (Contentful preferred)
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices
- Comfort working in agile environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of high-impact website and growth projects aligned to marketing priorities.
- Manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risks for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Translate business goals into clear technical and product requirements and track execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, copy, paid media, SEO, development, and analytics.
- Leverage user research, behavioral data, and A/B testing to prioritize and validate optimizations.
- Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs for web initiatives and performance reporting.
- Refine customer personas, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify friction and opportunity.
- Document rationale, requirements, and progress for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and drive continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred)
- Ongoing professional development or certifications in product, analytics, or digital marketing (preferred)
