Responsibilities
- Set vision and multi-year strategic roadmap for the Unified Mobile Portal App
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
- Drive customer discovery using qualitative research and quantitative analysis to validate opportunities
- Leverage data and AI/ML to surface actionable insights that improve agent and team conversion
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ensure a world-class mobile experience (native iOS/Android)
- Align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Own success metrics (engagement, retention, revenue impact, CSAT) and run experiments
- Mentor and grow other product managers and foster a customer-centric product culture
- Manage multi-product consolidation, rebranding, and go-to-market scaling initiatives
