- Familiarity using AI/ML to enhance product experiences (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for a new scheduling product initiative to drive growth and customer outcomes
- Own end-to-end feature delivery: write prioritized requirements and partner with design, research, and engineering
- Build and launch 0-to-1 product experiences and scale from early usage to broader adoption
- Partner closely with GTM teams (marketing, sales, customer success, finance) to ensure successful launches
- Measure and report OKRs and key performance indicators to inform roadmap and prioritization
- Drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention of new teams-based use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on business and product goals
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
