Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of customers, market, and growth levers across the user lifecycle
- Define and own growth strategy and roadmap for assigned product area from discovery to measurement
- Design, launch, and iterate on experiments (A/B tests) that impact acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Partner with design, engineering, data, and marketing to build and scale features and funnels
- Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, and test results to generate insights and guide next steps
- Drive company-wide growth initiatives balancing user value with sustainable business impact
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) optional but not required
