- Proven pipeline management using Greenhouse and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem or Covey
- Strong Boolean search and passive sourcing techniques
- Metric-driven approach with experience using data to optimize outreach
- Excellent organizational skills, high energy, and sense of urgency
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities
- Research and source passive, diverse candidate pools for software engineering roles
- Conduct personalized 1:1 outreach and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Create and maintain pipelines for multiple high-priority requisitions
- Accurately maintain records in the ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem)
- Manage routine candidate follow-ups and cadence schedules
- Measure engagement, A/B test messaging strategies, and iterate on approaches
- Provide ad-hoc recruiting project support and market insights to the talent team
