Technical Sourcer

Verkada builds integrated, cloud-based physical security products used by thousands of organizations worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Sourcer to build and maintain pipelines for Software Engineering, drive passive candidate engagement, and act as a subject-matter expert on market trends to support rapid hiring growth.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience as a technical sourcer for high-volume technical hires
  • Proven pipeline management using Greenhouse and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem or Covey
  • Strong Boolean search and passive sourcing techniques
  • Metric-driven approach with experience using data to optimize outreach
  • Excellent organizational skills, high energy, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities
  • Research and source passive, diverse candidate pools for software engineering roles
  • Conduct personalized 1:1 outreach and engage candidates through multiple channels
  • Create and maintain pipelines for multiple high-priority requisitions
  • Accurately maintain records in the ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem)
  • Manage routine candidate follow-ups and cadence schedules
  • Measure engagement, A/B test messaging strategies, and iterate on approaches
  • Provide ad-hoc recruiting project support and market insights to the talent team

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
