We’re looking for an intern to help recruit top coaches and experts across multiple categories on Leland. In this role, you’ll drive outreach campaigns, experiment with creative sourcing approaches, and guide coaches through the entire onboarding journey. Conduct outreach to potential coaches via email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels to bring top coaches onto the platform.
Experiment with and develop new outreach strategies to continually improve response and conversion rates.
Manage coach relationships through every step of the onboarding process—from first touchpoint to going live on the platform.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new coaches.
Track progress and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scale successful recruiting tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable reaching out cold and building rapport quickly.
Creative and persistent approach to sourcing and outreach.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple conversations and processes simultaneously.
Self-starter with a scrappy, hands-on mindset and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
Nice to have: Previous internship or project experience in recruiting, marketing, business development, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment.
Available to work in Lehi, Utah office at least 2x per week.
Available to work no less than 15 hours per week.
