Enterprise Account Executive (Phoenix - Corporate)

Verkada is a rapidly growing physical security company offering cloud-native video, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace, and intercom solutions. They are seeking an experienced, hunter-style Enterprise Account Executive based in the Greater Phoenix area to build a greenfield territory, close net-new logos in corporate enterprise accounts, and drive significant revenue growth.

Skills

  • Enterprise new-business sales and territory development

  • C-level engagement and executive briefings
  • Channel partner engagement and sell-through strategies
  • Experience with physical security, hardware, or security software
  • Familiarity with SaaS/cloud subscription models
  • Process-driven selling (MEDDIC highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for the Phoenix corporate market (2,000–20,000 employee organizations).
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiation and contract close, with strong emphasis on net-new business.
  • Hit quarterly quota (targeting 2–3 qualified net-new logos per quarter) and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Drive expansion and retention conversations post-sale, conduct account analysis and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with channel partners to generate a minimum of 5 deal registrations per quarter and collaborate on co-selling initiatives.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, pricing negotiations, and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain high field presence and travel domestically and internationally (estimated >50% travel).

Education

  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications or sales training a plus
