Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on higher education physical and cyber security trends and best practices
- Collaborate with product, engineering and integration partners to shape product requirements and integrations
- Advise marketing and field teams on campaigns, events, and industry engagement
- Serve as trusted advisor in pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements, demos and briefings
- Enable channel partners and co-market solutions with strategic partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and product strategy
- Develop and deliver sales enablement, training materials, and technical content
- Share internal knowledge across sales, engineering, marketing and support teams
- Advise on compliance, regulatory requirements and audit preparedness
- Travel frequently (>50%) for customer, partner and industry events
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
