Brand Marketing Manager, Programs

Verkada is a fast-growing, cloud-based physical security company serving thousands of organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager, Programs to plan and execute integrated campaigns and drive awareness, engagement, and ticket sales for VerkadaOne and other brand activations. This role blends campaign strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional coordination to elevate the brand and generate measurable pipeline.

Skills

  • B2B marketing and event/program marketing experience
  • Proven track record driving registrations/ticket sales and pipeline through campaigns
  • Experience with multi-channel demand generation and sales collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking performance metrics across channels
  • Project and budget management for complex, cross-functional programs
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, events) to drive awareness and registrations for VerkadaOne and other brand programs
  • Partner with Sales to develop toolkits, playbooks, incentives, and outreach campaigns that convert pipeline into event attendees
  • Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across emails, landing pages, social posts, and creative assets
  • Coordinate with product marketing, demand-gen, creative, comms, and regional teams to align campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance, report on metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Develop customer and partner engagement activities to amplify community storytelling and brand moments
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant continuing education or certifications in marketing, analytics, or event management preferred
