Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end builder journey, creating scalable campaigns, webinars, and nurture flows to educate and activate builders.
- Design, run, and iterate data-driven growth experiments (A/B tests) to boost activation, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, Product, Product Marketing, Data, Community, and Sales to align programs and measurement.
- Implement and optimize marketing tooling and automations to deliver personalized builder experiences at scale.
- Create content and storytelling that highlights AI-powered use cases and inspires builder adoption.
- Define and track growth KPIs across channels, analyze funnel metrics, and surface insights to inform strategy.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree optional but a plus for preferred candidates
