Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Builders

Airtable is a no-code app platform used by more than 500,000 organizations to accelerate critical business processes. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Builders will own the post-signup builder journey, designing campaigns and experiments that drive activation, AI adoption, sustained usage, and convert engaged builders into champions and sales-ready opportunities.

Skills

  • Growth and lifecycle marketing experience focused on activation and adoption
  • Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills with data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tool stacks
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Compelling storytelling and content creation to showcase AI use cases

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end builder journey, creating scalable campaigns, webinars, and nurture flows to educate and activate builders.
  • Design, run, and iterate data-driven growth experiments (A/B tests) to boost activation, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, Product, Product Marketing, Data, Community, and Sales to align programs and measurement.
  • Implement and optimize marketing tooling and automations to deliver personalized builder experiences at scale.
  • Create content and storytelling that highlights AI-powered use cases and inspires builder adoption.
  • Define and track growth KPIs across channels, analyze funnel metrics, and surface insights to inform strategy.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree optional but a plus for preferred candidates
