Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end post-sales relationship for assigned accounts, tracking health and sentiment
- Drive renewal and expansion sales cycles, carrying NRR quota and related metrics
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute
- Set clear success goals with customers at user and executive levels
- Monitor renewal risk indicators and proactively mitigate risks
- Manage escalations and coordinate timely, high-quality issue resolution with cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted
