Skills
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Hands-on MDM (device management) experience
- Familiarity with IAM and endpoint protection solutions
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints and Apple hardware
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic Atlassian administration preferred
- Understanding of ITIL practices and service desk operations
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support for workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other network-attached devices
- Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues; resolve or escalate issues via remote tools
- Administer MDM and enforce software installation and patch management
- Support and maintain data storage, cloud security practices, and infrastructure services
- Identify, analyze, and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues
- Review existing systems and recommend operational improvements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and implement solutions
- Contribute to project-based IT tasks (up to ~30% of time)
- Participate in training to expand skills in networking, OS support, and automation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or related field preferred
- Equivalent technical experience accepted (see experience requirements)
- Relevant vendor certifications a plus (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Jamf, CompTIA)
