Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)

Zscaler (Red Canary) is a leading cloud security company protecting thousands of enterprise customers with AI-powered Zero Trust solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships for enterprise accounts, drive value realization, manage renewals and expansions, mitigate customer risk, and serve as a trusted security advisor to customers.

Skills

  • Proven Customer Success experience supporting enterprise SaaS customers
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (endpoint, network, cloud, SIEM, incident response)
  • Strong data analysis skills to track customer metrics, churn, retention, NPS and usage trends
  • Experience partnering with sales on renewals and expansion
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tooling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles
  • Proactively drive customer value realization and adoption of Red Canary products and services
  • Partner with sales on renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to support account expansion
  • Monitor customer health, triage risk, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and present KPIs, ROI and recommendations
  • Maintain deep product and roadmap knowledge and provide product feedback from customers
  • Deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPI targets related to retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Security or customer success related certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CS certifications)
