Manager, Partner Success

DoiT is a global cloud consultancy delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence to help customers optimize multicloud environments. We seek an experienced Manager, Partner Success to own partner relationships, drive partner program metrics, build partner playbooks, and scale a Partner Success team supporting channel growth across SaaS and cloud ecosystems.

Skills

  • 5+ years leading partner success or partner programs in a SaaS environment
  • Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, CS, and finance
  • Program/project management and process development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for channel partners, orchestrating joint customer journeys and ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Drive partner program metrics: account growth, onboarding/adoption of DoiT Cloud Intelligence™, and partner enablement
  • Manage and escalate support issues; coordinate cross-functional resolution to maintain high partner satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions and asynchronous partner training materials
  • Build partner playbooks, processes, KPIs, and reporting to scale the partner program
  • Create hiring strategy, role definitions, and headcount plan for the Partner Success team; recruit and retain talent
  • Collaborate with GTM, product, marketing, sales, and finance to align partner strategy and support partner-led opportunities
  • Represent delivery in partner evaluations, demos, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Relevant certifications or training in partner/channel management or cloud technologies are a plus
