Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and SPS Commerce
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, LOOKUP)
- Knowledge of order management workflows and vendor portals
- Experience collaborating with logistics providers and warehouse operations
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Process and manage orders through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other order management systems
- Serve as primary contact for assigned wholesale accounts on shipments, routing, and compliance
- Maintain and proactively communicate account order books, shortages, and delays to Sales and accounts
- Coordinate daily with 3PL warehouse partners across locations to ensure accurate, on-time shipments
- Audit, monitor, and adjust orders from PO receipt through shipping and invoicing
- Leverage reporting and allocation protocols to maximize order fill rates
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to develop creative process improvements
- Document account interactions, exceptions, and solutions in CRM systems
- Support diversity, inclusion, and On cultural values in daily work
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
