Skills
- 8+ years in Human Resources with senior-level or leadership experience
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with leaders and stakeholders
- Experience with talent management practices: succession planning, org design, performance management
- Ability to analyze HR data and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Responsibilities
- Consult with leaders on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, career pathing, and change management.
- Manage people mobility processes including promotions, transfers, job creation, and documentation.
- Analyze talent metrics and create actionable insights, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Guide leaders on applying People Team tools and services to meet departmental needs.
- Lead the performance management process and coach leaders on development and review best practices.
- Partner on People Team projects and initiatives, offering departmental feedback and support.
- Facilitate team member engagement analysis and lead action planning with leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals and compliance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
