Sweep is the first agentic workspace for Salesforce and HubSpot. It brings business and technical teams into one visual layer, where AI agents document changes, analyze metadata, and surface system improvements in real time. Sweep also powers lead routing, deduplication, and automated alerts to keep GTM teams aligned, fast, and focused.
We’re looking for a driven Head of Strategic Alliances to lead our Systems Integrator (SI) partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from defining pricing and GTM strategy, to managing co-selling motions, to maintaining strong post-sale relationships. This role is critical to Sweep’s next phase of growth as we expand our channel presence and partner-sourced revenue.
What will you do at Sweep?
Own the SI Partner Strategy:
Define and execute GTM and pricing strategies for Sweep’s SI partnership channel.
Drive Revenue Through Partnerships:
Manage the full sales cycle with SI partners—qualification, product demos, co-selling, and closing.
Build & Manage Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong post-sale relationships with key SI partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Field Marketing to plan and execute joint events and campaigns that drive pipeline and partner engagement.
Develop Sell-Through Motions:
Build scalable sell-through and co-sell strategies directly into the Salesforce ecosystem to activate reps and drive mutual value.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or B2B SaaS sales, with a proven ability to own the full sales cycle from pitch to close.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and partner landscape, with bonus points for direct experience at Salesforce or an existing network of SI partners.
Experience developing and executing channel or partnership GTM strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, especially within revenue operations or enterprise SaaS settings.
