Advertising Account Executive

Snap! Mobile is a sports-focused services and software company that supports school athletics and activities with fundraising, merchandising, fan engagement, scheduling, and money-management products. The Advertising Account Executive will build and scale Snap!'s advertising sales business, owning the full sales cycle to establish strategic brand and agency partnerships that reach youth sports audiences.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record
  • Established relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies, ideally in sports, CPG, finance, or personal care
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ad tech, programmatic sales, and digital media platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for sports and understanding of sports media trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Identify and engage brands, agencies, and sponsors targeting youth sports audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners
  • Create pricing models, revenue projections, and performance targets
  • Lead presentations and negotiations to close strategic advertising deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close and onboarding
  • Design sponsorship and ad packages leveraging Snap!'s digital products and platforms
  • Drive cross-platform advertising offerings including native content and branded integrations
  • Collaborate with marketing on media kits, proposals, and sales collateral
  • Monitor advertising, sports media, and ad tech trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience considered
