About the Role

We’re looking for experienced, results-driven Sales Directors to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the higher education market. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic partnerships with universities and colleges across the country. This is a senior role with significant ownership. You’ll define the sales strategy, own the full cycle, and help shape how institutions adopt our platform to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close with higher education institutions

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities within the university ecosystem

  • Build relationships with academic leaders, administrators, and procurement teams

  • Lead product demos, develop tailored proposals, and navigate complex buying processes

  • Partner with product and success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and provide insights on sales performance

  • Represent StudyFetch at education-focused events, conferences, and panels

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling into the education sector

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a strategic sales role

  • Experience selling to universities or public institutions strongly preferred

  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor value propositions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable navigating procurement and RFP processes

  • Strategic thinker who can also execute with urgency

  • Passion for improving student learning outcomes and institutional impact

What We Offer

  • 130,000 - 160,000 Base Salary + Commission (OTE up to $250,000)
