Account Executive - CX Design

Studio Science is an experience-led design and innovation firm that creates end-to-end digital and customer experience solutions. They are seeking a quota-carrying Account Executive with a background in digital transformation and experience design who can translate client challenges into strategic, experience-led solutions and drive revenue through consultative selling.

Skills

  • Experience in digital experience, CX design, or digital agency environments with hands-on exposure to planning and delivery of engagements.
  • Presales, delivery, consulting, or client-facing solutioning experience.
  • Ability to solution in real time and shape scope during client conversations.
  • Strong understanding of research, UX/UI, content strategy, CX and design strategy methods.
  • Familiarity with the martech landscape and modern digital experience platforms; exposure to Optimizely, personalization tools, or AI-driven experience solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, consultative selling, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for digital experience and CX design engagements from discovery to close.
  • Translate client business and experience challenges into clear, experience-led solutions and proposals.
  • Build and maintain trusted, strategic client relationships and act as a primary advisor on CX and digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to shape scopes, estimates, and engagement approaches aligned to Studio Science capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (CX strategists, researchers, designers, content, technologists) to define solution approaches and deliverables.
  • Drive pipeline growth through prospecting, qualifying, workshops, proposals, and capability presentations.
  • Lead internal handoffs to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and ongoing client success.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting for leadership.
  • Stay current on digital experience, CX trends, martech, and AI-driven experience solutions to articulate Studio Science’s value.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in sales, consulting, design, or related fields.
  • Relevant coursework or training in sales, digital strategy, UX/CX, or marketing is a plus.
