Job Summary
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a motivated, client-focused Sales Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to list, market, and sell residential or commercial properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial real estate.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions, trends, and pricing strategies.
Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, marketing outreach, and client relationship management.
Prepare and present listings, purchase agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
Collaborate with the managing broker, marketing team, and office staff to support client transactions.
Utilize company tools, CRM systems, and MLS platforms to manage listings and client information.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the transaction.
Represent the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Active Nebraska Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales goals.
Ability to work on-site and meet clients at various property locations.
Basic understanding of real estate processes or a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with email, CRM tools, and basic office technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service.
Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate marketing tools.
Knowledge of the Grand Island and central Nebraska market.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
