Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions: source, screen, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, prioritize roles and provide candidate recommendations
- Source passive candidates using targeted campaigns, cold outreach, networking events and creative methods
- Screen applicants and present top candidates, distinguishing top 50% versus top 5% talent
- Coordinate and attend onsite interviews, give facility tours and own the onsite candidate experience
- Initiate background and reference checks, prepare and extend offers, and complete new-hire paperwork with HR support
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and manage high-volume candidate pipelines
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Associate degree accepted with additional experience per baseline qualifications
- Relevant recruiting certifications or continual professional development are a plus
