- Experience with electronics and mechanical design principles and RF fundamentals
- Programming for test automation and data analysis (Python, C, SQL)
- Test automation, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, iterative production environment
- Experience with environmental, mechanical, and electrical testing techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability test strategies for products and subcomponents to maximize field life and minimize early-life failures
- Design, validate, and implement test and inspection processes for new and existing products and production lines
- Create and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical tests tailored to product functions
- Write and automate test programs and data reporting/visualization for reliability initiatives
- Define ongoing reliability testing strategy to monitor manufacturing and screen for long-term defects
- Monitor quality during production ramp-up using analysis tools and drive corrective actions
- Investigate production and test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement mitigations
- Contain non-conforming product and coordinate quarantine and rework with production teams
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, manufacturing, and network engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required)
- Master’s degree in engineering (preferred)
