Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test cases and calibration procedures for RF BAW filter devices across ~2 GHz to >10 GHz.
- Serve as tool owner for automated wafer probe stations and vector network analyzers (VNAs); lead tool installations and capacity expansions.
- Drive continuous process improvement to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs using SPC and DOE.
- Develop cost of ownership and risk management models for RF probe test plans and workflow optimization.
- Sustain and optimize test work center workflow and lead test operators in day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tool and process issues with maintenance teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Write and maintain SOPs, engineering instructions, and training documentation for test processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field (required)
- Advanced degree or additional coursework in RF/microwave engineering or manufacturing (preferred)
