The Sr Compensation Analyst at Macmillan Publishers will develop and administer compensation plans while collaborating closely with HR and management to maintain compensation integrity and competitiveness.
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for compensation-related inquiries, analyze market trends, participate in market surveys, assist in the annual compensation planning process, and support salary negotiations.
Skills: Must have at least five years of experience in compensation or a related field, with a preferred CCP designation and strong analytical skills for running reports and making recommendations.
Qualifications: Previous experience at mid to large-sized employers is required, with a strong understanding of job evaluation and market compensation practices.
