Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle delivery of MEP and multi-discipline construction projects from planning through turnover
- Serve as overall construction project manager and on-site superintendent for assigned projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, perform cost control and budgeting, and track project status
- Coordinate and manage contractors, fabricators, engineers, architects and internal stakeholders
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time
- Prepare budgetary cost estimates and gather/assign proposals and contracts
- Facilitate permit and governmental approvals and coordinate with jurisdictional agencies
- Coordinate handover with end users and facilities teams for operations and maintenance
- Support space allocation, real estate planning, and ad-hoc project needs enterprise-wide
- Travel occasionally to support projects at other sites and work extended hours as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering or construction management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
