- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents
- Hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical assembly and test equipment
- Familiarity with V&V practices and environmental test procedures
- Experience or comfort with version control systems and basic software concepts
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, C++) and Linux environments
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work second shift and support surge travel to launch/integration sites
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical verification of spacecraft subsystems using standard test equipment
- Mechanically integrate satellite components into assemblies in a production environment
- Create and maintain version-controlled automated test scripts
- Author test procedures and test plans from drawings, schematics, and ICDs
- Validate requirements through V&V on prototype and flight builds
- Interface with technicians, quality inspectors, and engineers in cleanroom settings
- Contribute as test conductor to environmental campaigns (EMI/C, Dynamics, TVAC)
- Document and resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, or similar (graduate degrees accepted)
- Willingness to pursue and maintain required U.S. security clearance
- Eligible to work and access ITAR-controlled facilities (U.S. Citizenship required)
