Skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Project management and ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication across functions and organizational levels
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing settings, including mechanical adjustments and equipment interaction
- Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance for food or infant formula manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Identify, verify, and implement process improvement and re-engineering opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and cost
- Provide technical and analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform project management and analytics to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Establish and maintain production norms, standards, and documentation
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver process solutions
- Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis for deviations and defects
- Manage resources and track KPIs to drive sustained performance improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or related field OR
- 5–7 years of proven continuous improvement/analytical experience in a similar manufacturing role
