Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (CPU, SoC, DV, FPGA, compilers) to deliver RISC-V IP products
- Own IP packaging, delivery workflows, and the customer enablement process
- Plan and execute complex projects from concept through customer deployment
- Collaborate with sales, product, and applications engineers to ensure customer success
- Define and improve delivery processes, documentation, and tooling to streamline adoption
- Drive alignment across teams and influence organizational objectives and priorities
- Guide verification, validation, and prototype efforts (including FPGA prototypes) to support customer evaluations
Education
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Relevant technical background in CPU/SoC design, verification, or systems engineering
- Demonstrated leadership or project management experience in engineering teams
