Responsibilities
- Review construction plans for residential, commercial, and industrial developments related to water and wastewater
- Serve as project manager for complex developer water/sewer projects from pre-development through post-construction
- Ensure designs meet Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements
- Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering technicians and staff
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of the Capital Delivery section
- Oversee pre-development meetings, plats, site plans, and related zoning cases
- Coordinate with field operations to resolve construction-related issues
- Analyze development planning issues, recommend solutions, and monitor implementation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
