Skills
- 5+ years RTL implementation experience (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
- Strong timing, synthesis, and physical implementation knowledge
- Experience with EDA tools (simulators, lint, FPGA toolflows)
- Proficiency with scripting (Python, TCL)
- Familiarity with bus protocols (AXI, AHB) and embedded processors
- Experience with high-speed interfaces, low-power techniques, and multicore CPU subsystems
Responsibilities
- Define micro-architecture and implement RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Integrate IP into top-level designs and deliver synthesis/timing-clean implementations
- Collaborate with verification teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Provide timing constraints and support physical implementation (synthesis, timing closure, formality)
- Participate in silicon bring-up, on-target validation, and debug
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs based on features, performance, power, and system constraints
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (required)
- Master’s or PhD in related field (preferred)
