Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of MEP and multi-discipline construction projects and deliver on-time and under-budget
- Serve as overall construction project manager and site super, managing field and office activities
- Create and maintain project schedules and cost control; perform project control tasks
- Coordinate and manage contractors, fabricators, architects, engineers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time
- Prepare budgetary cost estimates based on preliminary scopes and gather proposals for contracts
- Facilitate city, county, and government approvals and permits
- Coordinate handoff, operations and maintenance with end users and facilities teams
- Support space allocation, real estate planning and ad-hoc construction needs
- Provide on-call and extended-hours support as required by site operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering or construction management
