- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly and test
- Design and implement manufacturing tests; manage triage of failed units
- Manage supplier quality issues and oversee rework processes
- Support development of test and assembly fixtures
- Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) reviews
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize production processes
- Lead root cause analysis on in-process failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) process across hardware, firmware, and software
- Coordinate with internal teams and external manufacturers to scale production and set up new lines
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Firmware/Computer Engineering (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
