Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle delivery of construction projects, ensuring on-time and under-budget completion
- Manage multi-discipline construction activities in both field and office settings
- Serve as overall construction project manager and site superintendent
- Perform project control tasks including scheduling and cost control
- Coordinate and interact with contractors, fabricators, architects, engineers, and internal customers
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time on site
- Prepare budgetary cost estimates and gather/assign proposals and contracts
- Facilitate city, county, and government approvals and permitting
- Coordinate with facilities and end users for operations, maintenance, and space allocation
- Support real estate planning and take on ad-hoc projects as business needs arise
Education
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering, or construction management

- Base salary range $95,000 - $130,000 depending on level
