Senior Business Analyst (Starlink Customer Operations)
Skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, views, basic optimization)
- Experience building datasets and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with ETL, database structures, and query optimization
- Familiarity with analytics languages (Python or R) and automation scripting
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Project leadership with ability to prioritize and drive cross-functional work
- Experience working with customer operations tools (ticketing, account management, communications)
Responsibilities
- Perform analyses using SQL and other methods to identify customer-impacting issues and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify account and program health
- Integrate with stakeholders across levels and functions to map workflows and identify systematic gaps
- Design and build automation to accelerate revenue, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency
- Own data integrity, reporting quality, and maintenance of analytical tools and dashboards
- Train internal users, technical teams, and leaders on dashboards, APIs, and tools and assist in troubleshooting
- Specify front-end and data capture requirements and collaborate with software teams on table structures
- Support new market launches, continuous improvement efforts, and cross-functional strategic initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Preferred fields: business, supply chain, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics

- Base salary range: $110,000 - $145,000 per year
