Responsibilities
- Lead development of dynamic Tableau BI visualizations and dashboards
- Develop and maintain reports focused on utilization, cost, operations, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/ACO quality measures
- Analyze claims, provider performance, and patient outcomes to identify cost savings and quality improvement opportunities
- Support HCC risk adjustment initiatives by evaluating risk scores and diagnostic gaps
- Monitor and assess HEDIS/Stars quality measures to drive performance strategies
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Design and automate recurring reports and perform ad hoc analyses to support initiatives
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting and analytics
Education
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Math, Public Health, Marketing, or related field
