Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding and job qualification programs for associates, technicians, and leaders
- Prioritize training initiatives based on risk, safety, quality, and throughput impact
- Create and maintain training content with engineering, production, and quality SMEs
- Design and deliver remedial training tied to workmanship trends, audits, and defect root causes
- Deploy instructor-led, on-the-job, and virtual learning via internal tools and LMS platforms
- Own workforce readiness metrics and align training to daily, weekly, and campaign production milestones
- Coordinate training planning with operations engineers, production leaders, and HR for hiring and crew/takt alignment
- Build and lead a team of trainers, instructional designers, and training engineers; coach for performance and growth
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs linking training effectiveness to safety, quality, and production performance
- Use production and quality data to prioritize and model training interventions for maximum throughput and reduced nonconformance
- Establish outreach and partnerships with community colleges, trade schools, and universities to develop talent pipelines
Education
- Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years of equivalent experience in training development or leadership
- Preferred concentrations: engineering, business, supply chain, management, or education
