You’ll own new market / client launches from start to finish, including site selection, office build-out, hiring, regulatory, compliance, patient growth, employee training, and team success.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Plan and execute new market launches from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Project management: Lead all launch activities, including site selection, office build-out, staffing, and operational readiness.
  • Operational integration: Oversee integration of new practices into Enable Dental’s billing, IT, compliance, HR, payroll, procurement systems.
  • Supply chain and facilities management: Ensure dental equipment, clinical supplies, and office facilities are ready, compliant, and operational.
  • On-site launch support: Travel to new markets for setup and provide hands-on training for the first four weeks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with HR, Regulatory, Sales, Business Development, Account Managers, and Project Managers to ensure launch success.
  • Performance monitoring: Track KPIs to assess launch success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous improvement: Refine launch processes to optimize future openings and operational efficiency.
  • Handoff coordination: Transition oversight of the new market to the Director of Operations and Regional Manager for smooth long-term management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational or launch experience, preferably in healthcare, mobile services, or clinical operations.
  • DSO (or comparable) de novo experience strongly preferred 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with hands-on operational and clinical support.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Heavy travel is required to new market / client launch locations
  • Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
  • Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record

Compensation: Base compensation $85,000-100,000 + bonus + equity
