Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate fuel and propellant deliveries to multiple test sites
- Translate site demand into weekly delivery schedules for third‑party vendors
- Make rapid decisions on internal/external resource allocation to support dynamic operations
- Provide daily visibility and produce weekly/monthly reports on schedule performance, cost, and consumption variance
- Identify and characterize propellant management and delivery system pitfalls
- Proactively evaluate and flag schedule risks and trends to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and creatively source propellant when needed
- Adjust schedules and priorities quickly in response to changes, including nights/weekends as required
Education
- Associate degree in math, science, or business + 1+ year planning/scheduling experience
- OR high school diploma/GED + 4+ years planning/scheduling/project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, math, science, or economics preferred
