The role
ShiftKey is expanding into new hospital markets as part of our 2026 growth strategy - and we’re looking for driven, creative Sales Executives to help us get there.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from outreach to close - working directly with hospital leaders such as CEOs, COOs, and Chief Nursing Officers. You’ll build relationships, schedule and deliver demos, and help hospitals see how ShiftKey’s marketplace can solve staffing challenges and unlock new operational efficiencies.
You’ll join a high-performing team that’s scaling fast, supported by proven sales playbooks, data-driven insights, and hands-on leadership focused on helping you succeed. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a $700M+ addressable market while helping healthcare facilities deliver better patient care.
Where you’ll work
This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters. We believe the best onboarding and collaboration happen face-to-face, so you’ll start on-site five days a week for your first few months. After ramp-up, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week.
What you’ll be doing
Drive new business growth with hospital and acute care clients across your assigned territory.
Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, outreach, demo scheduling, and closing deals.
Engage hospital decision-makers through calls, emails, and creative outreach strategies.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to Account Management.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to track pipeline activity and forecast performance.
Use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and refine your outreach strategy.
Consistently meet or exceed activity goals, conversion metrics, and revenue targets.
What you’ll need
1 - 2 years of phone-based sales experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
Proven success in high-volume outreach and end-to-end deal management.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Self-starter mindset - motivated, creative, and relentless in pursuit of results.
Experience selling to healthcare organizations or executives is a plus.
Perks of working for ShiftKey
Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
Hybrid-friendly office spaces designed to be fun and engaging.
