In this role, you will serve as the technical lead in enterprise B2B engagements, bridging the gap between customer needs and product solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and professional services teams to deliver compelling technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value events. Your expertise will help clients understand how solutions can address compliance, risk management, and business process challenges. The position offers opportunities to influence revenue-generating deals, provide technical thought leadership, and mentor junior team members. Accountabilities:

The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving technical solutioning throughout the enterprise sales cycle:

  • Serve as the primary technical/solutions contact for enterprise clients during presales activities.
  • Assist sales teams with discovery processes to identify quantifiable business problems.
  • Demonstrate and workshop product capabilities to show value and align with client objectives.
  • Lead scoping and execution of validation events and proof-of-value demonstrations.
  • Develop technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities in CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Share best practices, content, and collateral with presales and sales teams.
  • Present professional services and success management offerings as part of comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in demo/pitch certifications and travel for client engagements as required.

Candidates should have a mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and solution-selling experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS and solution engineering roles.
  • Strong product knowledge across multiple product lines with software demonstration expertise.
  • Familiarity with compliance, IT workflows, and business processes (e.g., capture, archive, surveillance).
  • Experience with solution selling methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and Demo2Win.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to scope and execute validation events.
  • Knowledge of AI and large language models (LLMs) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $190,000 annually.
