Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM PT/EST
The BDR will focus on outbound appointment setting for solo and small law firms across the U.S. This role is dedicated entirely to opening doors—identifying prospects, engaging them through high-volume outreach, and booking qualified sales meetings for the closing team. The position works full-time within U.S. time zones and operates as a virtual, integrated member of the sales team.
Outbound Calling & Outreach
Make 80–120 targeted cold calls per day to qualifying law firms using provided contact lists.
Follow a structured multi-touchpoint outreach cadence supported by follow-up emails.
Navigate gatekeepers and handle objections to secure qualified appointments.
Pipeline Coordination
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless calendar integration and smooth handoffs of booked meetings.
Contribute to pitch refinement, objection responses, and outreach strategy updates.
Documentation & Reporting
Accurately log call outcomes and outreach activities in company CRMs.
Participate in periodic reviews, data tracking, and discussions on script adjustments and performance trends.
Experience
1+ years of outbound B2B cold calling experience, ideally in appointment setting or lead generation for the U.S. market.
Experience working standard U.S. business hours.
Previous exposure to the legal or professional services sector is a plus.
Familiarity with multi-modal sales cadences or modern sales dialers is beneficial.
Experience contributing to outbound script design or testing is an advantage.
