About Savvy:
Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.
Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.
We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.
Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $2.2 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join Savvy at a high-growth inflection point and play a critical role in scaling our technical organization. As Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own searches across Engineering, Product, and Design - partnering directly with technical leaders to build the teams that power Savvy’s product and platform.
You’ll define what great technical talent looks like, drive creative sourcing strategies in competitive markets, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also help lay the recruiting foundation for our next stage of growth - implementing the tools, processes, and best practices that ensure we can hire strong talent quickly, consistently, and at scale.
Your work will directly shape the caliber of talent building Savvy’s platform - and by maintaining a high technical hiring bar while scaling quickly, you’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and build clear, compelling candidate profiles.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in highly competitive markets.
Demonstrate a strong track record of closing great engineering talent, effectively influencing candidates through competitive processes.
Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects Savvy’s culture and values at every stage.
Build and document scalable recruiting workflows, tools, and templates to drive speed and consistency.
Track and report on recruiting KPIs (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, diversity metrics) to inform leadership decisions.
Coach hiring managers and interview teams on structured interviewing, evaluation, and closing best practices.
Act as a talent advisor to technical leadership and influencing hiring decisions with market insights and data.
Must have:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (software engineering, product, design, or data).
Strong sourcing chops - you can creatively attract passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
Proven ability to close engineering candidates at the senior and leadership level.
Experience partnering closely with technical leaders and executives to define and execute hiring strategies.
A track record of hiring in high-growth startup environments, balancing speed with quality.
Proven ability to build recruiting processes, implement tools, and scale best practices.
Data-driven mindset: you use metrics to track pipeline health, assess performance, and guide strategy.
Collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting in fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth tech companies.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.).
Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
