- Experience across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to continuous development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence without authority
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and scale company-wide compliance training strategy across entities and regions
- Develop and execute annual compliance training policy, calendar, and communications
- Conduct needs analyses and align onboarding and annual initiatives with regional compliance leaders
- Manage program launches, audience segmentation, completion tracking, and issue resolution with Learning Operations
- Embed AI tools into compliance training workflows to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Track and report program outcomes and compliance health to leadership quarterly
- Respond to audits, manage escalations, and support remediation efforts
- Integrate learning requirements for acquisitions, regional expansions, and emerging compliance needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with instructional designers, People partners, and business leaders
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Advanced degree (MA/MBA) or certifications in L&D or compliance is a plus
